Book Club Gathering — October 4 in Redwood City

Join a warm and intimate women’s book club gathering centered on two short stories: Volodymyr Vynnychenko’s “Moment” and Oles Honchar’s “Modry Kamen.” This time, the conversation will explore chance encounters, unexpected decisions, meaningful coincidences, and the people who stay with us long after brief meetings. The format is designed for live, thoughtful conversation, where the texts serve as a starting point rather than the only topic. Guests are welcome to speak, listen, share personal reflections, or simply be present in a calm and supportive space. Participation is free, and attendees may optionally leave a donation for a children’s fund in Ukraine.
