Sharvarok.com ("Sharvarok," "we," "us," or "our") is owned and operated by Sharvarok LLC, a California limited liability company. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your online experience is secure, transparent, and compliant with all applicable U.S. laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data.

This Policy applies to the Sharvarok.com website and to our mobile applications for iOS and Android (together, the "Services"). Where a section applies only to the website or only to the mobile apps, it says so.

By accessing or using Sharvarok.com or our mobile applications, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When creating an account or interacting with the platform, you may provide:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Country code / geographic region
• Profile information (bio, optional phone number, website links, social media links)
• Content posted in listings (photos, descriptions, service information, etc.)

We only collect the information necessary to provide the Sharvarok marketplace services.

1.2 Information Collected Through Authentication

If you sign in through Facebook, Google, or Discord, we receive limited information necessary for authentication:

  We do not access your Facebook posts, friend list, messages, or other personal content.

• Account Login Information

  If you create an account directly on Sharvarok.com, we collect:

  • Password (encrypted; never stored in plain text)

  This information is used to create and secure your account and to authenticate your identity when signing in. We do not share or sell login credentials. If you request account deletion, this data will be permanently removed in accordance with Section 5.



• Browser type and device information
• Pages visited and usage patterns
• Time spent on the platform
• Referring URLs

We use this data for functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

1.4 Information Collected by Our Mobile Applications

Our iOS and Android applications do not use cookies. Instead, they use the Google Analytics for Firebase SDK, which collects:

• An app instance identifier — a random identifier generated on first launch and stored on your device. It is reset if you reinstall the app or clear its data.
• Device model, operating system version, app version, and device language
• Approximate country or region, derived from your IP address. Google uses the IP address to determine location and does not store it as part of the analytics data.
• Screens you view and actions you take in the app (for example, opening a listing or publishing one)
• Your Sharvarok account identifier, if you are signed in, so that activity can be linked to your account

Our mobile applications do not collect an advertising identifier. Apple's IDFA and the Android Advertising ID are disabled in our builds, and we do not use analytics data to target advertising.

We never send your name, email address, or phone number to our analytics provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

• Provide and maintain marketplace services
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Communicate with you (notifications, updates, messages)
• Personalize features and improve the platform
• Enforce Terms of Use and prevent fraud or misuse

Sharvarok LLC does not use personal data for purposes unrelated to our services without your consent.

2.1 Email Communications

We use your email address to send:

• Service & transactional emails — account notices, payment receipts, listing expiration reminders, and renewal confirmations. These are necessary to operate the Service.
• Marketing emails — newsletters, promotions, and digests, which you can unsubscribe from at any time via the link in the email or your account settings.

Disabling email in your account settings stops optional and marketing emails. We may still send essential account, payment, and legal notices required to operate the Service.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

Sharvarok LLC does not sell personal information.

We may share data only with:

• Service Providers and Vendors
  (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing). This includes Google LLC, which provides the analytics used by our website and mobile applications, and processes that data on our behalf.
• Legal Authorities
  When required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requests.
• Business Transfers
  If Sharvarok LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
• Security and Enforcement
  To protect users, the platform, or the public.

We do not share user-generated content or personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

3a. Facebook Platform Data — Use and Deletion

Sharvarok.com uses Facebook Login as an optional sign-in method. When you authenticate via Facebook, we receive only your name, email address, and profile photo from Meta Platforms, Inc., solely for the purpose of creating and maintaining your Sharvarok account.

We do not:

• Access your Facebook friends list, posts, messages, or timeline
• Store or share Facebook user data with third parties for advertising purposes
• Use Facebook data beyond what is necessary to authenticate and identify your account

Data Deletion: You may request deletion of all Facebook-derived data by emailing support@sharvarok.com with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request". We will process the request within 45 days and confirm deletion. You may also disconnect Facebook Login by deleting your Sharvarok account (see Section 5).

This section is provided in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.

4. Optional Business Verification Services

Sharvarok LLC does not verify the identity of general users or the accuracy of user-generated listings.

However, Sharvarok may offer optional business verification as part of certain paid packages (such as the Premium "3-in-1" Business Package).

Verification applies only to business information provided and does not extend to individual users, listings, or other activity.

5. User Data Deletion Requests (CCPA/CPRA-Compliant)

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing: support@sharvarok.com

Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Requests must be sent from the email associated with your Sharvarok account.

We will:

• Acknowledge your request within 10 business days
• Verify your identity
• Complete the request within 45 days (extendable to 90 days with notice)

Deleting your data:

• Permanently removes your account and all listings
• Is irreversible

Analytics records are pseudonymous — they are tied to an app instance or account identifier rather than to your name or email — and are deleted automatically 14 months after collection. On request we will also ask our analytics provider to delete the records associated with your account identifier.

6. Data Security

Sharvarok LLC uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information.

However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure. Users assume risk when transmitting data online.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

7.1 Website

On Sharvarok.com we use cookies for:

• Session management
• User authentication
• Personalization
• Analytics

Third-party tracking tools include:

• Google Analytics
  Used to understand user activity. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) — website only; it is not present in our mobile applications.
  Used for analytics and advertising optimization. Governed by Meta's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You may block cookies via your browser, but some features may not function correctly.

7.2 Mobile Applications

Our iOS and Android applications do not use cookies. Analytics in the apps are provided by Google Analytics for Firebase, which collects the information listed in Section 1.4 and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Google processes this data on our behalf as a service provider. Analytics event data is retained for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.

Because the apps do not use cookies, browser cookie settings do not affect them. Analytics collection begins when you first open the app. To stop it, you can uninstall the application; you may also request deletion of data associated with your account as described in Section 5.

8. Third-Party Links

Sharvarok.com may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of third-party sites.

This policy applies only to Sharvarok.com.

9. Children's Privacy

Sharvarok is intended only for users 18 and older.

We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

If a minor's information is discovered, it will be deleted.

10. Payments

Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe.

Sharvarok LLC does not collect, store, transmit, or access:

• Credit card numbers
• Billing details
• Payment method data

If you enable auto-renewal, your card is securely saved by Stripe to allow future renewal charges. Sharvarok LLC stores only non-sensitive references provided by Stripe (such as a customer identifier and your card's brand and last four digits) so we can display and manage your saved card — never the full card number. You can remove your saved card or cancel auto-renewal at any time.

11. Compliance With U.S. Privacy Laws

Sharvarok LLC complies with:

12. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Request deletion
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request disclosure of what data we collect
• Lodge a complaint with regulatory authorities
